We will review your complaint in the shortest possible time and send you a written acknowledgment within 10 working days. During the review process we will analyze your remarks and work to find the best solution for you. Rest assured that we will treat your complaint with the utmost priority and with the ultimate goal to live up to the promises we made you when we first welcomed you as a client.

We will stay in touch with you throughout the review process and once we have completed this, we will inform you whether or not your complaint has been upheld and what steps we will take as a result. You can expect this within 2 months from reception date. Should we need more time, we will also inform you of this within 2 months.
