Our organization started in 1 January 2008 with a team of 8 young and enthusiastic real estate professionals with a vast experience in brokerage, project development and financial advisory.
At that time we were the first independent real estate Asset Manager in The Netherlands, managing an office portfolio with a value of roughly 1 billion on behalf of third parties.
With a solid basis at Asset Management we soon became active in Capital Markets, Valuations, Financial Advisory and Corporate Services.
In a few years of time we grew into a team of around 30 real estate specialists, each with their own background and specialism. Unlike other real estate consultants we did not separate our company into divisions focusing on just one aspect of real estate. Today we still use this same principle as we believe real estate case cannot be covered from just one angle of specialization.
We prefer our specialists to gather a solid understanding of all services we offer. On each assignment we therefore assemble a team of excellence with various specialisms in order to achieve the best result for our clients.
