  3. BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands advised a French SCPI on their first acquisition in the Netherlands

Amsterdam, 23 January, 2025 - BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands has advised the buyer on the purchase of their first property in the Netherlands. The property, located at Sportlaan 1 in Vianen, comprises approximately 2,735 m2 for mixed use, divided between office space (1,622 m2) and an employee training area (1,113 m2).

The property has been leased on a long-term basis to Partou BV for their headquarters. Partou BV is the largest childcare organization in the Netherlands.

In this transaction, the seller, Opportunity Vastgoed, was legally advised by CMS and Muus Real Estate Partners, while the buyer was legally advised by Greenberg Traurig.
