Alderan, an independent real estate investment management company, has acquired its first logistics facility in the Netherlands via sale-and-leaseback transaction. The transaction was conducted for Alderan’s SCPI Activlmmo Fund.
The property is strategically located in Goirle, south of the logistics hotspot of Tilburg. It is fully leased back on a long-term basis by Vervoort Beheer B.V., a Dutch furniture retailer that is a family-owned business and known for their sustainable furniture.
The property comprises two warehouses, a showroom and an office, with a total lettable floor area of 7,671 sqm, situated on a 12,859 sqm plot
