Amsterdam, October 9, 2024 - Today, Edge and 3W real estate announce the successful sale of the recently completed asset in Maastricht to a family oce from the United Arab Emirates.

Inaugurated in June 2024, in the presence of Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, developers Edge and 3W real estate have extended the lifespan and purpose of the Ambachtsschool for generations to come. The new complex presents the first renovated national monument in the Netherlands set to become Paris-Proof for its low operational carbon footprint.

The buyer was assisted by BNP Paribas Real Estate in the purchase of the oce developed by Edge and 3W real estate. Since the purchase, BNP Paribas Real Estate has been responsible for the Asset and Property Management.
