Amsterdam, 10 March 2025 – BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands successfully advised Sagax in acquiring five commercial properties from Solidiam and 3B Group. The properties are located in Alkmaar, Emmen, Goes, Raalte and Tiel and are all let on long-term leases.

Amsterdam, 23 January 2025 - BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands has advised the buyer on the purchase of their first property in the Netherlands. The property, located at Sportlaan 1 in Vianen, comprises approximately 2,735 m2 for mixed use, divided between office space (1,622 m2) and an employee training area (1,113 m2).
